INSTALLATION // IIDEX 2012

SPECIAL DELIVERY // INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
As part of a week–long Toronto–wide design event that began in September of 2012, Fugitive Glue transformed a 53 foot tractor trailer into a site specific immersive installation, that was first displayed at IIDEX 2012 in Toronto, then transported to the area outside of Gladstone Hotel at 1214 Queen Street West, where it was opened to the general public.
"FUGITIVE GOLF" was a movable 5-hole mini-putt course that asked visitors to play holes named and designed after the prominent areas of Toronto, such as Don Valley Parkway, Nathan Phillips Square (City Hall), Royal York Hotel, Liberty Village and the Canadian National Exhibition.
FUGITIVE GLUE worked with partners at INSPIRE Group to create the installation using special wall, window and floor coverings, as well as upholstery and custom cabinetry, that Inspire Group offers their clients.
